- Morning: Paul Parker on the experience of simplification and its possible spiritual benefits: how ‘simplification might help to ‘rejuvenate’. Followed by Breakout groups to discuss the possible spiritual benefits of simplification and what might be taken back to our meetings.
- Afternoon: Bridget Holtom on peace in a central Quaker context, a reflection on emerging relationships and a lead-in to the theme of Yearly Meeting.

The QiY meeting in July will be an all-day and all-age event with a focus on young people and families. There will be some formal business in the morning session before we all gather on the Stray for a picnic and various activities, weather permitting.

11.00 Welcome from the Clerks and Harrogate LM, appointment of Elders and a notice about safeguarding. Reports from Breckenbrough, QiY Trustees, Glenthorne Trustees, and our Local Development Worker, Craig Barnett. A report from the Racial Justice group
Nominations and Appointments
12.30 We will gather on the Stray for a picnic, (bring own lunches, drinks provided) and activities through the afternoon, weather permitting (be prepared).
The meeting house will be open during the afternoon for those seeking less energetic activities.
3.30 we will gather in the meeting house for closing worship and the final minute
4.00 close of meeting
